Jason absolutely stoked with this catch

Jason absolutely stoked with this catch

Jason Lloyd of Waipara has reason to smile because the fishing gods have taken a shine to him. Since purchasing a family bach at Milford huts at the mouth of the Opihi River near Temuka, he has taken up fishing. On 19 January Jason was fishing the mouth of the river when he got caught up in a run of silver, with this nice 20lb fish falling prey to his lure. It is Jason's second for the season and he was absolutely stoked with the catch. By the time he'd lugged it up the beach and across the paddock he was knackered, but that didn't stop him reliving the entire battle sequence for days. Good on yer mate!
